30-DAY RETURN WINDOW

At Y3K Disposable, we stand behind the quality and condition of every order. We offer a 30-day return and refund window, beginning on the date your order is delivered.

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

Because our products are intended for final use, returns and refunds are only accepted for the following reasons:

• The item arrived damaged or defective.
• You received the wrong product.
• Your order arrived with an incorrect quantity.

We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, buyer’s remorse, or other personal reasons. All sales are final unless the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival.

• Your order number
• A clear photo or video showing the issue, when applicable
• A brief description of the problem

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we will provide return instructions and, when applicable, a prepaid return shipping label.

IMPORTANT NOTES

Please do not send an item back without contacting our support team first. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or processed.

If you are instructed to return an item, we recommend using a trackable shipping method. Y3K Disposable cannot be responsible for packages that are lost or misdirected during an unauthorized or improperly tracked return.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your product is damaged, defective, compromised, or incorrect, contact us promptly so our team can review the issue.

Depending on the situation, we may provide a replacement, exchange, or refund.
